Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 day after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at shop@aliyikin.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Mobilyacılar Sitesi Acelya Sok No:4, 01220 Adana, TURKEY. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Buyer Responsibilities for Returns

  • The buyer must return the item within 14 day of delivery.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The buyer is responsible for the loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized orders and designs.
  • Specially designed dimensions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, informing you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
