PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Except where legally required warranties, guarantees, or commitments must be provided, the Company does not offer any warranty, guarantee, or commitment regarding the product's suitability for the Customer's intended use, compatibility with the storage/display/hanging location, absence of harmful qualities, or freedom from hidden defects.

The Customer acknowledges and declares that they are solely responsible for ensuring that the Goods are suitable and/or appropriate for their intended use and that the Company is not liable for any expenses arising from personal or property damages or injuries resulting from the Goods' unsuitability due to manufacturing techniques, materials, surface, weight, or faulty installation.

Custom-made parts - mirror supply only. Except where legally required warranties, guarantees, or commitments must be provided, the Company does not offer any warranty, guarantee, or commitment regarding the product's suitability for the Customer's intended use, compatibility with the storage/display/hanging location, absence of harmful qualities, or freedom from hidden defects. In the event that the mirror or adhesive falls from its hanging place, mounting bracket, or display and causes loss, damage to its surroundings, or injuries to individuals or objects, the Company assumes no liability or responsibility. The suitability of the mirror should be tested by the buyer/customer, and when mounting the mirror with such products, the size and weight of the mirror should be taken into consideration.
